About the Community Grants Portal
The Community Grants software is built on the Salesforce platform and allows grantees the ability to apply for grants, request payment, and complete final reports all in one location. Applications completed in the Community Grants Portal are stored so applicants can review submitted grant applications, track payments, and review grant status in real-time.
