The Arts Talks program was initiated by the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors to provide the arts and culture communities in each Supervisorial District a platform to discuss achievements, challenges, and opportunities unique to its residents. County Arts Commissioners, the Santa Barbara County Office of Arts of Culture, and whenever possible, the District’s Supervisor, host their community in an open forum for discussion and networking.
Save the Date! The next Arts Talks is scheduled for Monday, September 25 at the Goleta Branch Library (500 North Fairview Avenue, Goleta, CA).
The program will be from 5:30pm-6:40pm with a reception following from 6:40pm-7:00pm. This event is free and open to the public.
It will be hosted by Second District Arts Commissioners Dante Sigismondi, Mariko Tabar, and Dug Uyesaka. Second District County Supervisor Janet Wolf will join the talk to discuss arts and culture in the Second District.
